Summer at Camp FitRepublik

Summer’s approaching and that means that we’re all looking for ways to stay entertained indoors, especially with the kiddos out of school but you can still reach their fitness goals by taking part in Fit Republik’s Boot Camps which are sure to get them motivated.

This will be perfect for children aged 5-14, your tots will be able to choose from a range of specialized classes at this Olympic-level facility that’s got Dubai’s fitness fans talking. The Camp will be offering children several unique activities a day including martial arts, aquatics, gymnastics and functional training. The camp aims to help kids remain active in the summer, build confidence, encourage teamwork and introduce children to different activities with specialized coaches in world-class facilities.The campers will be split into groups depending on their ages and the first group will include five to nine year olds, the second will train children between ages nine and 12, and the third will cater to age 13-14. Taking place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday until mid- September at Dubai Sports City Soccer Dome, the Boot Camps can accommodate up to 50 people.

The camp runs five day camp sessions starting with the week of 5 July until 27 August, from 8.45am till 2.15pm every day. you can either sign up for a weekly session at AED 950 or trial it first with a day session at AED 270. There is no need for packing lunch for kids ; their in-house resto Natalie’s Café will prepare them a healthy meal, drinks and snacks. Also, All of the exercises in the Camps take place on the ar­tificial pitch of the Soccer Dome, a surface that provides great impact absorbency, so there is minimal risk of injury for those attending the sessions.
