The spinning craze has taken over Dubai, and while there are plenty around the city to take on. The cool new spin studio Power Cycle will get you nice and fit the Brazilian way.
Power Cycle will start you off with a fitness test, where cycler’s watts and power are tracked during each session so they can see how they improve class by class. Each session is interactive, with avatars on the screen showcasing cycle tracks of places in Greece or Brazil. Who needs to travel when you can cycle (virtually) through the world?
Impressive visuals keep you motivated as you climb up hills and cycle back down. Instructors keep you motivated with pumping music and a 45-minute class fly by, leaving you feel like you’ve had a serious workout. Towels are provided; just don’t forget your water as you’ll need to stay hydrated. Dhs115 per class – or buy a monthly unlimited membership for Dhs1,300.
