IPL Live from Cricket Fan Park

Waiting to see your favorite cricket team make it all the way to the finals of the Indian Premier League (IPL)? You’ll need to find the right place to watch those matches, and Dubai Sports City has the perfect venue. With the 2018 season of the IPL entering the business end, cricket fans will be able to watch their favorite teams take to the field live on giant TV screens at the Cricket Fan Park at the ICC Academy’s Indoor Center.

The professional Twenty20 cricket league is now in its 11th season, and has grown in size and popularity each year since it started back in 2008. It’s also one of the most attended cricket leagues in the world, so you can expect plenty of cheering followers.

Every IPL match between May 15-27 will be shown at the venue, including the playoffs, qualifiers and, of course, the grand final. All the essential games in one convenient location. Cricket Fan Park will open an hour before the start of each match – so that’s 1.30 pm for double header games and 5.30 pm regular matches.

The indoor center can hold up to 700 people, and will be decorated with the colorful flags of the IPL’s eight teams as well as a host of cricket themed activities. An electric, festival atmosphere is guaranteed with music, beverages, food trucks and stalls serving a selection of Asian and continental dishes, including a traditional chaat station, plus a kids’ area and gaming zone to keep the whole family entertained.

Tickets will be available from the box office located outside the ICC Academy with regular tickets priced at Dh50, which includes a Dh30 food and beverage coupon that can be used at any of the venue’s outlets. VIP lounge tickets cost Dh100 and include a Dh60 F&B coupon.
