Smartphone Video and Editing Workshop

Gulf Photo Plus (GPP) Smartphone Video and Editing Workshop is a six-hour session provides in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience from the pre to post-production stages of making videos, without the use of high-end, bulky gear.

Sign up to equip yourself with the skills to create a strong visual medium for your ideas, from cinematography basics to storyboarding and knowing which accessories to invest in.

Under the guidance of an instructor, you will be taught complex filmmaking techniques as well as how to use mobile equipment and software to capture quality footage, crisp audio and put together a clean edit.

Participants will also work as a team to conceptualize, shoot and cut a short documentary sequence.

As per the latest government guidelines, registration capacity is reduced to 50% to ensure a safe and sanitised working environment; all participants must wear a mask and maintain a distance of two metres throughout the session.
