With a concert setup on the water edge, Stage, lights, music and a DJ on decks, they'll run you through the coolest (Even in the summer heat) yoga session of your life. R&B melodies that cut through the soul will guide the flow.

Get involved in the dynamic, heat-building flow that will challenge all levels and promises to be powerful and hypnotic, leaving you sweaty, energized and fully connected.

Participants can also enjoy a variety of dining offers at selected Club Vista Mare restaurants to help refuel after the workout sessions. Breeze Beach Grill is offering 15 per cent off all food and drink, while Aji is offering an exclusive post-workout drink on the house, and a 20 per cent discount on food.

The Tap House has 25 per cent off all healthy cuisines; Abyat is offering guests 15 per cent off the total dining bill; Simply Italian has a selection of drinks at Dh27 each and 15 per cent discount on special items on their menu.

At 4pm, Yoga La Vie's trained gurus will guide a group Yoga Beats session, enhanced by the presence of a live DJ, musicians and the breathtaking shores of Palm Jumeirah’s Club Vista Mare.

Afterwards, at 5:30pm, DXB's Greatest HIITS returns in collaboration with one of the city’s leading fitness facilities. This 45-minute high-intensity interval training session will get you sweating and burning up calories to make room for an energetic and guilt-free weekend ahead.
