Reform Social & Grill and The Animal Agency come together to host regular puppy pilates classes for Dubai residents who love spending time with their furry friend.
Going for a run with your pooch is old news, this pilates session even includes a free post-class coffee, soft drink or wine – sounds good ..isn’t it?
Puppy pilates is a total body workout for you and your pooch. This is a fun, social and bonding experience for you and your pup. The dynamic, rolling, stretching and often playful nature of many Pilates exercises are perfect for pups to be involved in the movements and there’s also plenty of strengthening involved for you too.
The class is open to dogs of all ages as long as they're small to medium sized and well socialised.
