Core Direction is hosting a relaxing yoga session at the indoor rainforest open to yoga enthusiasts of all levels.
The Green Planet is home to over 3,000 species of tropical plants, animals and birds, and class participants will be stationed amongst them, on wooden walkways and paths. The hour-long experience is priced at Dhs149 and you’ll need to bring your own mat.

Meditate to the sounds of chirping birds, or practice your best downward dog with your gaze on the world's largest man-made and life-sustaining indoor tree. A truly mesmerising experience, find your zen surrounded by the rich biodiversity of this architecturally-inspiring biodome, which is 3,000 plants and animals strong.

Get there early to be ahead of the other yogis and find that perfect spot to set up and stretch whilst finding your zen with the freshness of a tropical rainforest, you may feel even more relaxed once you see one of the sloths moving slowly through the canopy.
