Passenger at Dubai Opera

Exciting news music fans! Michael Rosenberg aka Passenger is all set to bring his slew of heart-tugging tunes to Dubai. The British folk-rock giant and ‘Let Her Go’ hitmaker Passenger, is making his debut at Dubai Opera, performing live on Wednesday, 20th November.

Rosenberg was the main vocalist and songwriter of the band Passenger, and chose to keep the name when the group parted ways in 2009.

Rosenberg’s international number one hit single, Let Her Go, has topped the charts across the globe and been viewed on You Tube over 2 billion times. His hit was also nominated for a Brit Award for British Single of the Year in 2014 and earned him an Ivor Novello.

The multi-award-winning, platinum-selling singer-songwriter’s musical journey has seen him catapult into the spotlight, from performing on street corners to headlining stadiums. But he’s about much more than just that one song, with Passenger having released more than ten studio records in 11 years.

He released his 12th studio album, Sometimes It's Something, Sometimes It's Nothing at All, earlier this year, announcing that profits from its sale would go to UK homeless charity Shelter.
