Dubai: Key highway reopens after water accumulation causes partial closure.

Dubai's Road and Transport Authority has now reopened a major road after announcing a partial closure due to water accumulation.
The closure was on Emirates Road in both directions between Expo Road and Al Fayah Truck Road.
Alternate routes had been provided for motorists travelling in that direction.
The RTA said its emergency teams were dealing with the water accumulation to restore smooth traffic flow.
The transport authority said the road had subsequently reopened, in a message on social media posted at 4.25pm.
