If you love a good BBQ then you will want to get your herd to The Farm House, which has just opened at Souk Madinat Jumeirah.
The Farm House is headed up by the Middle East’s premier pitmaster, Hattem Mattar, of The Mattar Farm and Local Fire by The Mattar Farm fame.
This new dining destination is without pomp and pretension to welcome an array of diners, from hessian-clad hipsters to suited and booted yuppies.
You can expect barcecue dishes that utilise high-quality ingredients with a twist, all cooked on live fire.
The menu comprises the likes of cast smoked duck eggs, iron scallops served with veal bacon, bouquet de boeuf featuring USDA prime rib with smoked bone marrow and reverse-seared tomahawk.
Live music in the form of a DJ, shisha available and monthly hip-hop barbecue parties at The Farmhouse, so you’ll want to get involved in the action.
