The original recipe for chocolate brownies dating back to 1893 is set to be served at Hilton hotels in the UAE. It’s part of the celebration for World Chocolate Day, and the over 100-year old recipe created at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, will be recreated at five hotels across UAE and 2 in Dubai.
Do you want to hear a brownie-related story? First created in 1983, the brownie came about when Bertha Palmer, wife of the owner of Palmer House Hilton challenged the hotel’s pastry chefs to invent a dessert that could be easily transported. With that, the chocolate treat was born.
For one day only you can sample brownies made using the original century old recipe for Dhs26 apiece at select outlets in Hilton Hotels & Resorts across the UAE including Ribs & Brews at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City and Axis Lobby Lounge at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah.
