The Encore, at the heart of Riverland, Dubai Parks & Resorts retail and dining area, is offering you the chance to see blockbuster movies for free every weekend until 7 September. The line-up of films "Mad over Movies" playing each Thursday and Friday night from 8pm until midnight, focuses on a different genre each weekend.
Two films will be screened back to back and it’s just a perfect way to spend your summer weekends. Every weekend there is a completely different theme of movies being played like from action to comedy, horror to sci-fi and many more. Classic movies will be fittingly screened at The Encore, a 2,120 sq m space built in the style of a 1950s cinema which can hold more than 1,000 people.
The blockbuster showings include an eclectic array of hit films from the last few decades including La La Land, Trainspotting, Lord of the Rings, Avatar, Oceans 11 and 12, Get Out, The Exorcist and The Evil Dead.
It’s time to re-ignite that spark for the best classics the silver screen has to offer.
