Global Village to close on April 30

Global Village, a popular destination for tourists and locals alike in Dubai, will close its door for the season and is scheduled to end on April 30. With only four days to go, there are so many things in Global Village (GV) that are too good to be missed.

The open-air entertainment destination offers a wide range of attractions such as shopping, entertainment, and cultural experiences, and is located in the outskirts of Dubai. Visitors can explore pavilions representing different countries, sample international cuisine, watch live performances, and enjoy carnival rides and games.

Usually, the spot is open from 4pm until midnight but closing hours will vary in the week leading up to closure.

From Monday April 24 until Wednesday April 26, Global Village will open 4pm and close at midnight and, on Thursday April 27, the park will open at 4pm and shut at 1am.

As for the final weekend, April 28 to April 30, Global Village will be open from 4pm until 2am (meaning if you visit on Friday, Saturday or Sunday you’ll get two extra hours of fun).

Love fireworks? Every Friday and Saturday at 9pm, fireworks light up the sky at Global Village, and the best part is that you can enjoy this spectacular show without any extra cost as it's included in the general ticket price.

There are two ticket options for Global Village, option one is a value ticket, valid from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) and an any-day ticket is available for one-off visits at any time.

The value ticket costs Dhs20 per person and the any-day ticket will be charged at Dhs25.

To get the best price, book online or via the app for a ten percent discount, making the value ticket Dhs18 and the any-day ticket Dhs22.50.
