Our financial advisory company is based in Dubai and we provide international real estate and financial services all over the world.

Formed in 2005, Capitas Group had a joint venture with Islamic Development Bank Group, and it grew into Capitas Group International (CGI). In the year 2015, we set up our financial arm in Dubai, and began operations in the name Capitas (DIFC) Limited, regulated by DFSA.

Our prime focus is in areas of real estate acquisition, development, management, asset management advisory, and strategic cross-border transactions. Led by a senior management team with more than 70 years of experience, 7 independent financial and real estate platforms launched in the Americas and MENA region, Capitas carries a strong reputation for successful execution, innovative solutions and return-driven results.
