OA public atrium organizes all inpatient, outpatient, parking services and other blocks in the hospital, so as to create a comprehensive building. The clinics are positioned adjacent to the atrium for ease of access, orientation, and way-finding. The inpatient floor is planned for staff efficiency, family and patient privacy, and operational flexibility.

The City Hospital offers specialized treatment in the areas of gynaecology, radiology, cardiology, trauma, endocrinology, and many others. The hospital offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including a range of medical and surgical specialties. Among the clinical departments in the hospital are Cardiology, ENT, Neurology, Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatric Surgery, Endocrinology, Radiology and Orthopaedics, to name a few.

The City Hospital is a 210 bed premium facility that incorporates some of the best equipment and medical technologies in the world, including a 3T MRI, a 64 slice CT scanner etc.

The hospital offers other advanced diagnostic facilities too such as digital mammography for most accurate breast cancer checks, Digital Bone Densitometer for osteoporosis assessment, digital catheterization laboratory, full on-site pathology laboratory, and conventional radiology and ultrasound facilities.

Apart from general facilities, The City Hospital has a special VIP Floor comprising 12 VIP suites, six of which are Deluxe, five are Presidential, and a Royal Suite. Each suite is designed and furnished to the best levels of comfort so as to make the patients relaxed and feel at home. The patients staying on the VIP floor also have accessibility to other relaxation and recreation amenities located one floor above, such as the temperature controlled indoor swimming pool with beach-style loungers, a healing spa with three massage rooms offering a range of therapies, wet and dry saunas for men and women, a restorative gym, massaging Jacuzzi, and hairdressing or beauty therapy services.

The hospital accepts cards of majority of the insurance companies, although no direct settlement facility is available. However, the hospital will assist you in processing the required documentation to submit a claim.
