Robbert Murray & Associates have been operational in the UK since 1990s, and over the past few years, have been operational in the region through associates. Our Dubai office caters to the requirements of clients in a proactive manner, and this office also helps us in better serving the MENA and African countries.

We have both medium and large-sized companies in both private and government sector as our clients. Some of the specialized area that we focus on are FMCG, IT, Retail, Engineering, Telecommunication and Energy.

We focus on quality, rather than quantity of work, and hence target to have the right candidate for the right job at the right remuneration and at the right time.

All our consultants work to create a win-win situation for the client and candidate. Each of our consultant works as a partner to his client, and the goal is not to close the position, but, to provide a new member of a family to the client.

RMA relies on its own proprietary networks and database apart from search portals in selecting the candidate for the company. Apart from searching the ideal candidate, our Dubai office provides a range of training programs to motivate, develop and retain the key asset of a company – its people.
