We at the DREI also try to support organizations that strive to compete in the global economy, and seek differentiation on the basis of the skills, knowledge, and motivation of their workforce. We focus on training design and delivery, followed by a discussion of training evaluation. We review research regarding transfer of skills and knowledge acquired in training to work settings.
